Yoga is an invaluable gift of Ancient Indian Tradition, It embodies unity of mind and body, Thought and action, Restraint and fulfillment, Harmony between man and nature and a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Training on Life Skills Education (LSE) First Year Students
The Center for Life Skills Education (CLSE) of Kristu Jayanti college had conducted a special Crash course on Life Skills for I semester UG students from 15th June to 20th June 2016. This capacity building training was focused on imparting 10 core life skills promoted by World Health Organization (WHO). The training was highly activity based with intense input on all the life skills. The Centre offers various short term and certificate programs on Life Skills and acts as the resource center for many corporates, NGOs, Schools and Colleges for their trainings on various dimensions of psycho social wellbeing of their employees.

World Environment Day 2016
Centre for Social Activities of Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous in association
with BBMP, Rotract Club, Narayanapura Govt Primary School had organized
World Environment Day on 5th June 2016 at Govt. Primary School,
Narayanpura. Shri. Basavaraj BA, MLA, KR Puram Constituency inaugurated
the event by planting a sapling. Radamma Venkatesh BBMP Corporator
Horamayu Ward, Rev.Fr. Josekutty PD, Principal Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous ,
Rev.Fr. Lijo P Thomas, Financial Administrator, Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous ,
Rtr. Shashi Kumar, CSA coordinators, NSS program Officer,
Representatives of Kothanur, Narayanapura, Nagenahalli, and around 130
volunteers were present.
